Raymond is excited to be in the midst of our 2025 Summer Internship Program, hosting eight interns across our four regional offices. Designed to provide a meaningful and customized learning experience, the program immerses students in active construction projects while offering real-world insight into various aspects of the industry—including project management, field operations, estimating, engineering, safety, and accounting.

On June 24th and 25th, our interns gathered at Raymond’s Orange headquarters for two days of connection, collaboration, and learning. The visit included team-building activities, presentations on our operations, and opportunities to network with staff from departments across the company.
Beyond the office, interns toured our Biola University project in La Mirada and enjoyed an evening at the Angels vs. Red Sox game—blending professional growth with a bit of fun.
