This year’s Safety Week message ‘Strong Voices, Safe Choices’ encourages open communication on the job site. Building a supportive culture, where the fear to speak up is reduced, will help us learn more about what is happening on a project and create more opportunities to improve upon the safety of the project.
At Raymond, the top goal of our safety program is zero accidents and zero injuries. We believe in providing all necessary resources, including (but not limited to) training and PPE, for our employees to get the job done in the most productive and safe way.
