National Rebuilding Day 2023

Posted April 28, 2023

The Raymond Group’s Las Vegas region participated in National Rebuilding Day on Saturday, April 22nd, partnering with Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada (RTSNV) to help local homeowners in need. Raymond was among several volunteer teams providing renovations to homes in Las Vegas.

Raymond has participated in the Southern Nevada National Rebuilding Day for 10 years now, and this year, over 70 Raymond employees and friends volunteered their time and skills to provide painting, landscaping, repairs, and maintenance.

Raymond volunteers worked hard to:

  • Power wash exterior of home, prime, and paint.
  • Change out fencing and add gate with two-way latch.
  • Add trellis/patio cover.
  • Add/replace pavers.
  • Replace sprinkler box and cover.
  • Replace light fixture at front porch.
  • Distribute rocks for the frontyard
  • Supply and distribute 3/8” rocks for the backyard measuring 2,378 sq. ft. and create weed barriers.
  • Add soil and plant flowers in pots.
  • Repair front door gate.

Thank you to our Raymond employees, as well as our partners in the industry and community, who came together this National Rebuilding Day to make this great work possible!

RTSNV is a local affiliate of the national nonprofit organization, Rebuilding Together, and provides home repair, accessibility modifications and energy conservation services for low-income Southern Nevada homeowners, at no cost to recipients. Founded in 1994, RTSNV has since renovated over 8,000 homes. National Rebuilding Month demonstrates the mission of Rebuilding Together: helping to solve the urgent need for a safe and healthy home for every person.
