The WWCCA Paramount award recognizes individuals who consistently deliver outstanding customer and client service, build meaningful relationships, and ensure satisfaction across every touchpoint.

Kii Holloway is a standout leader in her role for Raymond’s Southern California region, managing every stage of a project with care, from initial planning through close-out. She actively collaborates with general contractors, coordinates meetings, and stays closely aligned with field operations to ensure all aspects of a project are seamlessly executed. Her impressive portfolio includes leading work on some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the industry, such as two NFL stadiums, one NBA arena, an NHL minor-league stadium, and an 80-story hotel, among others. Above all, Kii brings passion, dedication, and rigor to her work, qualities that shine through in every project she leads.

The Chicken Ranch Hotel & Casino project was awarded in the categories of Commercial Exterior and EIFS. The new nine-story resort, located in Jamestown, California includes a 100,000 sq-ft casino, five restaurants and bars, a hotel with 197 rooms, luxury day spa, rooftop restaurant, and a 12,000-sq-ft conference and event center.

Raymond performed air and vapor barrier, insulation, EIFS, fiber cement panels, fireproofing, drywall, framing, and acoustical ceilings for Suffolk Construction.

The new Sacramento Courthouse, awarded for Innovation in Construction, is a 567,000-square-foot, 18-story building with a mechanical penthouse and 53 courtrooms. Raymond performed framing, sheathing, fireproofing, thermal insulation and acoustic insulation, Direct Applied Exterior Finish System, weather barriers, special plaster finish, and drywall for Clark Construction.

The Construction Excellence Awards (CEA) is an exclusive competition that recognizes outstanding workmanship by WACA contracting members.

8th & Figueroa is a new 42-story apartment tower in Los Angeles that showcases groundbreaking use of cold-formed steel, incorporating 815 tons of material, including a perimeter roof cornice installed through innovative prefabrication methods. Notable features include a stunning waterfall staircase in the lobby, which required months of meticulous planning and collaboration.

The project prioritized safety and efficiency, with nearly 160,000 hours worked without incident. By leveraging the strength-to-weight ratio of cold-formed steel and employing value-engineered solutions, the project was delivered with exceptional architectural and construction excellence.

Sonoma Academy Community Performing Arts Center | Best K-12 Education

Sonoma Academy Performing Arts Center is 27,000-sq.-ft. featuring a main theater with four hundred seats, mezzanine balconies, an orchestra pit, a complete catwalk system, and professional sound, audio-visual and lighting control. Back-of-house features include a second actors studio performance space, green room, costume and changing rooms, and scene shops. UC Davis Orchard Park | Best Higher Education/Research

UC Davis Orchard Park is a state-of-the-art housing development designed for graduate students and their families. Located on a 19-acre site on the UC Davis campus, the development includes 11 four-story residential buildings and two community buildings. Raymond performed exterior metal stud framing, exterior sheathing, metal backed gypsum board, joint sealants and acoustical joint sealants, cementitious backing board, exterior insulation and finishing systems (EIFS), interior non-structural metal framing, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical tile ceilings, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) paneling, access doors and frames, storage shelving, wood fencing, and barbeque installation for CBG Building Co. This award reflects ENR editors’ evaluation of Raymond’s achievements, including our support for small and disadvantaged businesses and our certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE). ENR recognized Raymond’s commitment to encouraging women to become part of the industry through initiatives like the Future Construction Leaders Foundation Camp for Teen Girls in San Diego.

Factored into the award was Raymond’s 2023 revenue, and contributing projects like Horton Plaza San Diego (a LEED Platinum live, work, play campus), Intuit Dome (home of the NBA Clippers in Inglewood), and Chicken Ranch Casino in Northern California.

On the safety front, Raymond’s San Diego region completed three years without a recordable incident in 2023, and in 2024 our Northern California and Las Vegas regions completed one year incident free.
